All 46 of them: where it goes, how often, by when, and the bylaw it comes from. Every entry read against that authority's own documents — the oldest on 20-Sep-2026, the most recently corrected on 21-Sep-2026, and each page carries its own date. Nothing here is gated and nothing needs an account.

The obstacle in British Columbia is not lock-out. It is neglect: 18 of these 46 authorities impose a legal duty to file and publish no form, no cross connection control page and no intake address at all. A tester in those places has a deadline and nowhere to send it. That is a real gap in public information, and it is not ours to fix — but it is worth saying out loud.

Everything else here is our reading of a published bylaw, form or tester sheet. These are the authority answering in writing, quoted on the page with the date: City of Nanaimo. If you administer one of these programmes and something here is wrong, one line fixes it for every tester who reads this page.

South of the border
