Filing a backflow test report to the City of Burnaby

Where it goes

Email the completed test report to Cross Connection Control.

How often, and by when

Annually, on the anniversary of the last test. The report is due within 10 days of the test.

Whatever the deadline, the report only stands if your test kit was in calibration on the day. Most programmes require it every twelve months, and a lapsed kit does not slow you down — it stops you filing at all. We will email you before yours lapses, free.
