Where it goes
Email the completed report to CCCP@nanaimo.ca. FAST is accepted and so is an ordinary report — the City takes them “either way”. The City also offers its own online form.
How often, and by when
Annually. The report is due within 30 days of the test, and the City must RECEIVE it in that window.

Whatever the deadline, the report only stands if your test kit was in calibration on the day. Most programmes require it every twelve months, and a lapsed kit does not slow you down — it stops you filing at all. We will email you before yours lapses, free.
Worth knowing
THE THIRTY DAYS RUN TO RECEIPT, NOT TO SENDING. The City’s words are that it needs “to receive the report” within thirty days of the test, so a report posted on day 29 is late and an email that bounces is not a filing. Most authorities in this directory are read as a sending deadline; Nanaimo has told us its own is not. Nanaimo also publishes a 16-company voluntary tester list.
