Filing a backflow test report to Clearbrook Waterworks District

Where it goes

The bylaw requires a copy of the test report. The form it demands is unpublished.

Clearbrook Waterworks District publishes no form, no cross connection control page and no intake address. The duty to file exists; the destination does not. If you have been told where to send it, we would like to know — see below.

How often, and by when

Once in every 12 months. The report is due within 30 days of the test.

Whatever the deadline, the report only stands if your test kit was in calibration on the day. Most programmes require it every twelve months, and a lapsed kit does not slow you down — it stops you filing at all. We will email you before yours lapses, free.
