Filing a backflow test report to the City of West Kelowna

Where it goes

Submit to the Cross Connection Coordinator.

How often, and by when

Once in every 12 months. The report is due within 30 days — 48 hours on a swap.

Whatever the deadline, the report only stands if your test kit was in calibration on the day. Most programmes require it every twelve months, and a lapsed kit does not slow you down — it stops you filing at all. We will email you before yours lapses, free.
