Filing a backflow test report to the Regional District of North Okanagan

How often, and by when

Annually. The report is due within 30 days of irrigation turn-on for seasonal assemblies.

Whatever the deadline, the report only stands if your test kit was in calibration on the day. Most programmes require it every twelve months, and a lapsed kit does not slow you down — it stops you filing at all. We will email you before yours lapses, free.

Worth knowing

There is also a $22 per-report data-entry fee for anything not submitted through FAST, payable IN PERSON at the Coldstream office with the address for each report.

Can we file it for you?

No. We will not file here, and the reason is not technical. The District’s published certified-tester list “only includes those companies that submit test reports exclusively through FAST”. Filing any other way removes your company from the list your own customers use to find you.
